These Terms of Service govern your use of milybeautysalon.com and any purchase of retail products or request for salon services from Mily Beauty Salon / Mily Extensions Human Hair. By accessing this website, submitting an appointment request, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to the policies linked on this website.
1. Business information
This website and online store are operated by Mily Beauty Salon under the name Mily Extensions Human Hair. Our business address is 928 S Austin St, Seguin, TX 78155, United States. You may contact us at info@milybeautysalon.com or (512) 817-9446.
2. Eligibility and acceptable use
You must be at least the age of majority in your state or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use this website or make a purchase. You may not use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity; interfere with its security or operation; introduce malicious code; or attempt to obtain unauthorized access to the website or another person’s information.
3. Products and salon services
We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, images, colors, prices, availability, and salon service information accurately. Screen settings and lighting can affect how colors appear. Hair extension services, color matching, appointment duration, product quantities, and final pricing can vary according to each client’s hair, selected method, and desired result. Any personalized quote provided by Mily before a confirmed appointment controls over a general description shown on the website.
4. Prices, taxes, orders, and payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, discounts, and the final total are displayed during checkout. We may correct typographical or pricing errors and may refuse or cancel an order because of unavailable inventory, an incorrect price, suspected fraud, payment failure, or another legitimate business reason. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the amount collected for that order will be refunded to the original payment method.
Online retail orders must be paid through the payment methods made available at checkout. Payment for salon services is handled at the salon unless Mily provides different written instructions.
5. Shipping and local pickup
Retail products are shipped only to eligible addresses within the United States. Available shipping methods, charges, and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout. Local pickup may be offered at Mily Beauty Salon after the customer receives confirmation that the order is ready. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. 6. Returns, refunds, and final-sale items
Eligible unopened and unused retail products may be returned within 14 business days after delivery, subject to our published policy. Opened or used products are not returnable. Hair extensions and installation services are final sale after the extensions have been applied or installed on a client. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. 7. Appointment requests and salon services
Submitting the website appointment form does not create or confirm an appointment. An appointment is confirmed only after Mily communicates acceptance of the requested date, time, service, estimated duration, and price or quote. Some services can require extended appointment times. Please disclose relevant allergies, sensitivities, recent chemical treatments, hair or skin conditions, medications, or other information that could affect a service. Salon services are cosmetic and are not medical advice or medical treatment. Results can vary by client, starting condition, maintenance, and aftercare.
8. Cherry financing
When available, financing through Cherry is offered by an independent third party and is governed by Cherry’s own eligibility requirements, disclosures, privacy practices, and agreements. Mily Beauty Salon is not a lender and does not make credit approval decisions. Applications and sensitive financial information must be provided only through Cherry’s secure website.
9. Promotions and availability
Promotions, discount codes, free-shipping offers, and other special offers may have separate eligibility requirements, dates, exclusions, and limits. Unless stated otherwise, offers cannot be combined and have no cash value. We may modify or end an offer as permitted by law. Product and appointment availability can change without notice.
10. Intellectual property
The website design, business names, logos, photographs, graphics, text, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Mily Beauty Salon and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and use the website for personal, noncommercial purposes. You may not copy, publish, sell, modify, or commercially exploit website content without prior written permission.
11. Third-party services and links
The website may use or link to services operated by Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, social networks, Cherry, and other third parties. Those services are controlled by their respective providers and may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, availability, security, or conduct of an independent third-party service, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
12. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Mily Beauty Salon is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from use of the website or third-party services. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, or any mandatory rights available to consumers.

14. Governing law and severability
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable federal law, without waiving any mandatory consumer protection that applies to you. Subject to applicable law, disputes relating to these Terms or the store will be handled in the courts serving Guadalupe County, Texas. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
