RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

RETURN WINDOW
Retail products may be returned within 14 business days after delivery.

ELIGIBLE RETURNS
Returns are accepted only for products that are unopened and unused. Opened or used products are not eligible for return.

SALON RETURNS AND RETURNS BY MAIL
Eligible products may be returned in person at Mily Beauty Salon or sent back by mail. The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping cost.

INSTALLED HAIR EXTENSIONS
Hair extensions and the related installation service are final sale once the extensions have been applied or installed on the client. Installed extensions cannot be returned, exchanged, or mailed back for a refund.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If an item arrives damaged or the wrong item is delivered, contact Mily Beauty Salon. The salon will provide a replacement or a refund.

REFUNDS
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
