SHIPPING AND LOCAL PICKUP POLICY

WHERE WE SHIP
Retail products are shipped only to addresses within the United States. Salon extension installation services are performed at Mily Beauty Salon and are not shipped.

SHIPPING OPTIONS
Available shipping methods, charges, and estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout when online retail sales are enabled. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by the carrier or circumstances outside our control.

LOCAL PICKUP
Local pickup is available in Seguin, Texas at 928 S Austin St, Seguin, TX 78155. Please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before arriving for pickup. Bring your order confirmation.

ORDER INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. Changes may not be possible after an order has been handed to the carrier.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If a retail order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly with the order number and photographs so we can review the issue.
